Kay Wot (Stewed Dishes)
Your choice of Doro Wot (a chicken drum stick and a hard boiled egg), Siga Wot (beef) or Yebeg Wot (lamb), marinated and stewed with onions, spiced butter, cardamom, ginger, red peppers and Ethiopian spices.

Doro Alicha Wot
Fresh tender pieces of Chicken breast, marinated in Ethiopian white wine and cooked with onions, spiced butter, green peppers and seasoned with garlic, ginger, rosemary and turmeric
Tibs (Sautéed Dishes) Slices of Doro (chicken), Siga (beef) or Yebeg (lamb), sauteed with olive oil, onions, garlic, tomatoes, green peppers, spiced butter and assorted Ethiopian spices.

Yebeg Alicha
Fresh tender pieces of lamb, marinated in Ethiopian white wine and cooked with onions, olive oil, green peppers and seasoned with garlic, ginger, rosemary and turmeric.

Kitfo
Ground fresh beef tenderloin seasoned with Ethiopian herbed hot butter sauce and special seasoned hot chili peppers.  Served with lightly cooked farmers cheese and fresh collard greens.

Gored- Gored
Cubes of fresh, lightly cooked beef sautéed with special seasoned hot pepper sauce, spiced butter and Ethiopian spices.

Fir - Fir
Diced beef or lamb cooked with red peppers and other Ethiopian spices mixed with pieces of Injera.

Siga Alitcha Wot
Fresh Pieces of beef marinated in Ethiopian red wine and cooked with onions, spiced butter, garlic, ginger, rosemary, and turmeric.

Asa (Fish)
Nyala style White Trout lightly seasoned with assorted spices and pan fried to perfection.


Yasa Wot

Pieces of Trout stewed in a spiced red pepper sauce red pepper sauce cooked in olive oil, with garlic and onions.

Nyala Style Ruz (Rice)
White rice spiced with assorted blend of Ethiopian spices mixed with Engudai Tibs.

Duba Wot (Butternut Squash stew)
Butternut squash flavored with spiced red pepper sauce with onions, garlic, ginger, and assorted Ethiopian spices.

Engudai Tibs (Sautéed Mushrooms)
Button Mushrooms marinated in Axumite red wine, Ethiopian red pepper sauce and cooked with assorted spices, onions, olive oil or spiced butter, garlic, zucchini and carrots.

Yekik Alicha
Yellow split peas flavored with onions, garlic, ginger, green peppers and assorted Ethiopian spices.

Yemisir Wot
Red lentils simmered with onions, garlic, ginger, berbere sauce (Ethiopian chili) and other assorted Ethiopian spices.

Shuro
Ground roasted split peas simmered with onions, and garlic in a red pepper sauce and flavored with assorted spices.

YeAtkilt Wot
Fresh cabbage, carrots, potatos and onions sautéed in olive oil with garlic and ginger olive oil.
